The Foundation
My name is Kenneth, and through Essentia byKenP, I provide dedicated, holistic guidance for high-achieving individuals, professionals, and seekers looking to reclaim their inner peace, mental clarity, and direction in life.
My practice is deeply shaped by the contrasts and harmonies of my own life. I draw ongoing inspiration from the crisp, grounded spirit of my native Oslo, Norway, combined with the vibrant, organic energy of my current home in São Paulo, Brazil. Living here allows me to deepen my studies in applied psychology and spirituality.
Before founding Essentia, I spent over 15 years in demanding high-pressure leadership, communication, and management roles. I understand firsthand the overwhelming weight of burnout, the paralysis of decision fatigue, and the deep vulnerability of navigating major life transitions.
My path has not been linear. I have personally walked the challenging road through profound life crises, physical illness, and the complex process of holistic rehabilitation. This lived experience is the very foundation of my clinical and intuitive practice.
The Journey
I believe that true wellness requires the alignment of mind, body, and spirit. To bridge the gap between scientific understanding and spiritual wisdom, I combine my rigorous academic background in Applied Psychology with certified energy work as a Reiki II practitioner.
In my practice, I integrate:
- Talk therapy grounded in psychological principles.
- Focused distance Reiki to restore energy or In-person full session.
- Intuitive life guidance and strategic support.

I have recently stepped into the role of a certified Reiki Master, and I am deeply passionate about supporting people on their path toward better flow, reduced stress, and deeper self-care.
Through my practice, I now offer tailored treatments:
In-Person Reiki: A peaceful session focusing on restoring balance to your body's energy centers.
Distance Reiki: Equally powerful and effective, available to you regardless of your geographic location.
Moving forward, I am also developing future Reiki courses for those who wish to learn and practice this healing method themselves.
